Booking and payment:

All sessions must be pre-booked online and be paid for in full prior to the start of the course.

Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you.

Cancellation:

Refunds are not given for cancellations or for missed session(s).

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, the session will either be made up or a refund given.

Late collection:

It is the responsibility of the parent/ carer to collect their child/children promptly at the end of each session.  Failure to do so will result in a financial penalty for the parent/ carer.  If a parent/ carer is late to collect more than once, such a penalty will be charged at the rate of £5 per 15 minutes per child.

Special Needs and Medical Conditions:

You must inform us of any special needs and/or medical issues that your child has.

Grounds for Exclusion:

We reserve the right to exclude any child if they display persistently poor behaviour (which includes but is not limited to) disruptive or dangerous behaviour or behaviour which affects the enjoyment of the other children.

General:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by a parent/ carer as a result of the cancellation of a session(s).
